Add FAQ's
Frequency Asked Questions can help the AI assistant to answer questions faster.
Adding FAQ's to a category improves the AI assistant's ability to answer questions faster and more accurately.
Steps
- Select the category in the sidebar that you want to enable AI for.
- Click on the AI Assistant tab.
- Make sure the AI assistant is enabled.
- Click on the Add FAQ button.
- Fill in the question and answer, and click on the Add FAQ button.
