Enable AI Assistant
AutoTickers core feature is the AI assistant that can help you manage tickets faster.
The AI assistant is a powerful and unique feature that can help you manage tickets faster. Using data that you provide in each category the AI will handle the communication by answering questions, suggesting solutions and even closing tickets.
Steps
- Select the category in the sidebar that you want to enable AI for.
- Click on the AI Assistant tab.
- Click on the Turn On button.
